This document is regulated by the Directorate of Real Estate Registry of the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Cities, known in some countries as real estate.
The title deed (Tabu) is only given to the owner of the real estate (the legal owner). As for the persons who own rights to the property in question other than the right of ownership (such as the lessor or the mortgagee), they are not given the title deed.
If the property is owned by more than one person, Only one bond is granted, It details the share of each owner of the property.
The title deed shows the ownership of the person whose name is mentioned in the real estate deed. If only one person’s name is mentioned in the owner field without mentioning a percentage such as 1/3 or other, This means that the property is fully owned by the person mentioned in the bond only.
If a certain percentage is mentioned, this means that there is a partner in the property. And that the person whose name is mentioned owns the property to the extent of the percentage mentioned in the deed.
Partners in a single property are considered partners in all sections of the property. The partner in the real estate does not have a designated part of the real estate. But all the partners share in the whole property.
